Dr. Anna Huysse has been invited as a speaker at the Women Economic Forum (WEF) – European Union reinventing itself, Women empowerment and inclusion in Den Haag, where she brought attention to the burden of autoimmune diseases.
The Women Economic Forum focused on the current challenges facing the integration of the European Union. WEF believes the way forward is for the EU to reinvent itself into a more collaborative, more inclusive and more flexible Union. The interests and aspirations of all should be taken into consideration: a truly pluralistic European identity honouring and celebrating respective identities, cultures and aspirations.
